Nicolai comes from a long-established family of entrepreneurs, but consciously chose to forge his own path. Since 2011, he has made a name for himself in the real estate industry and developed a broad range of expertise. His areas of activity include architecture, client representation, property management, brokerage, as well as project management, project control, and project development.

With two master's degrees in architecture and real estate management, Nicolai combines in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical know-how. This combination allows him to consider projects not only from a design perspective but also from a business perspective.

With the founding of Immowerk.BERLIN, Nicolai has launched a passion project that expresses his commitment to holistic real estate development. Immowerk.BERLIN's goal is to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the challenges of the modern real estate industry – always with a focus on people and the environment.
