Franziska holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and combines creative thinking with strategic acumen.

Her work focuses on marketing and sales, with a particular emphasis on the growing importance of social media – especially in the architecture and real estate sectors. She recognized the potential of digital platforms early on and used them strategically to showcase her own projects. Today, she leverages this experience to not only develop visionary concepts but also bring them to life and make them accessible to a broad audience. With a deep understanding of the dynamics of social media and the demands of the industry, she creates a strong digital presence – whether for brand building, project marketing, or as a source of inspiration for new ideas.

Architecture and interior design are her great passion. She is driven by the desire to make the impossible possible – to identify spaces with potential where others see only limitations and to bring them to life with creative solutions.
