The owners' goal: a value-adding sale and sustainable development rather than simply selling the property.

Based on Section 34 of the German Federal Building Code (BauGB) (integration into the character of the immediate surroundings), we examined building depth, number of stories, and setback distances. The result: The rectangular shape offered optimal conditions for a multi-generational house with a clear address facing the street and a private garden courtyard.
